国内外发表论文280余篇,170多篇被《科学索引》SCI和(或)《工程索引》EI所收录。获授权国家发明专利16项。获省部级科研成果一、二等奖3项。论文大功率直接变频电路的简化分析获1991年浙江省科协优秀论文二等奖,主持完成的电力电子器件仿真模型和无源网络拓扑缓冲技术成果获1998年国家教育部科技进步三等奖,通讯电源分布式监控系统成果获1998年浙江省科技进步三等奖,并另有在重大研究课题中培养高质量研究生获1998年浙江大学优秀教学成果一等奖。1998年获浙江省自然科学基金青年科技人才专项,2000年入选省跨世纪学术和技术带头人第一层次。2002年获 “中达学者”(Delta Scholar) 荣誉称号。2004年入选省新世纪151人才工程、重点资助培养人员。2007年和2010年两次作为指导教师获“全国百篇优秀博士学位论文提名奖”。1999年10月成为英国电气工程师学会IEE-(现为IET)Fellow。2009年11月当选为美国电气与电子工程师学会-IEEE Fellow。 1.部分期刊论文Interleaved converter with voltage multiplier cell for high step-up and high-efficiency conversionLi, Wuhua; 2. 何湘宁的担任职务

1997年以来,分别担任过浙江大学校学位委员会委员,工学部学位委员会委员,电工学科学位委员会主任。浙江大学电力电子技术研究所所长,应用电子学系主任。现为浙江大学电气工程学院副院长, 浙江大学可持续能源研究院副院长。主要学术兼职有:国家自然科学基金委员会学科专家组成员,国家自然科学基金委员会电工学科十二五战略规划专家组成员,IET Power Electronics Journal,“中国电机工程学报”,“电工技术学报”,“浙江大学学报”编委等。1999年10月成为英国电气工程师学会IEE(现为IET)Fellow。2009年11月当选为美国电气与电子工程师学会IEEE Fellow。IEEE电力电子学会高级会员,IEE会刊和IEEE电力电子学会会刊论文评审专家,IEEE应用电力电子技术国际会议论文评审专家,中国电工技术学会和中国电源学会高级会员。

3. 何湘宁的研究方向

学科专长和研究方向为电力电子技术及其工业应用,包括大功率变换器与智能控制系统,特种电源及其网络化系统,电力电子的计算机模型和仿真等。负责建立(完成)国际合作研究项目9项。主持(在研和完成)国家、省、部级、企业研究、开发项目30余项, 包括5项国家自然科学基金。3项省部级人才专项基金和重点基金。2项国防型号工程项目。在电力电子仿真模型及功率变换器拓扑研究上的成果获得国内外同行专家的高度评价。在多电平功率变换器基础与应用研究,仿生学意义下的电力电子系统分布式结构,可再生能源功率变换系统与控制等方面取得了创新性成果。同时在电力电子技术应用于有机材料处理工程领城,环境保护工程领域开展交叉学科方向的项目研究,并实现了产业化。
